A very good innovative & healthy recipe by using besan and dahi
One and half cup besan (gram flour), half cup finely chopped green onion, 1 spoon fenugreek leaves, 1 spoon chopped green corriander, pinch of edible soda, pinch of haldi, 1 cup curd, 1 spoon haldi (turmeric powder), 1 spoon mustard, 3-4 curry leaves and salt as per taste.
Mix besan, onion, methi and salt in a thaali (plate). Dough the ready mix tight with curd. Take pieces from this dough and roll it thin by applying oil in it. Cut square pieces from this roll and fry them in oil. Take a pan heat oil in it. Put mustard and curry leaves. Now mix red chilly, curd and turmeric powder with a spoon. Add the ready cutlets in this mix and cook for 5 minutes. At the end garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
