A very healthy recipe by using common vegetables, grams and cereals
1 handful black gram, 1 cup moth, moong daal, rajma (kidney bean), Chavla (all soaked overnight) finely chopped coriander leaves, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, onions, peas, ginger, garlic, fenugreek and green tomatoes, 2 chapatis, 3 green chillies and salt taste.
For making this healthy vegetable snack dish, Fry black gram, moth, moong daal, rajma and chavla in a pressure cooker. Close the lid of the cooker and cook them until 1-2 whistle. Remember to pour little water. Mix chapatis in this cooked cereals. Now mix all remaining items. Fry this ready mix in a non stick pan on high heat. All vegetables will cooked in 5-6 minutes then serve it hot with your favorite sauce.
