An instant recipe to refresh yourself and your family



1 glass of cold milk, Sauf, Jeera (cumin), khaskhas (poppy seeds), kharbuje (muskmelon) ke beej, Almond, kesar, Green Elaich (cardomom), Kaali Mirch (black pepper), Kesar, Rose petals and powdered sugar.


Mix all items together in a mixer and make fine powder out of it. Then add 2 large spoon of this ready powder in a glass of cold milk and mix it well with a spoon. Garnish it with kesar and rose petals. Serve it cold.
