Soaked Poha and Boiled Moong one bowl, half bowl finely choped tomato, onion, boiled potato, green chilly and edible oil, 1 spoon mustard, cumin seed, half spoon turmeric powder, two spoon lime juice and salt as per taste.
Method of Preparing Moong Poha
For making this healthy and tasty breakfast firstly Heat oil in a pan. Now give a tadka of mustard & cumin seed. Add onion and then fry it well. Cook it with tomato and turmeric powder and put other items like boiled potato, green chilly one by one and mix well. Squeeze few drops of lemon juice in the ready dish. Your moong poha is ready now.
