A very healthy recipe for snacks for your whole family

Ingredients

2 cup maida (finely gournded wheat flour), 1 large spoon oil, 250 gram spinach paste, half small spoon baking powder, half small spoon baking soda, muffins dye and salt as per taste.

For Stuffing

2 cup moong, moth, black gram (sprouted) 1 onion & tomato, half spoon jeera (cumin), chaat masala, 1 piece ginger, 2 green chilly, 1 large spoon tomato puery, oil and salt.

Method

Prepare this healthy snacks first you need to mix oil and other items in maida and dough it with spinach paste. Make puri from this dough and press them on muffins dye. Bake them in a microwave at 180 degree for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a kadahi. Fry jeera, onion, green chilly and ginger. Now add tomato, tamoto puery, haldi, chilly, garam masala and chaat masala. Add sprouted cereals, salt and cook for 5 minutes. Fill this sprouted stuff in the ready cups, garnish with paneer, sev and tomato and serve it.
