Know the right method of preparing and drinking green tea

It will improve the digestion system, and at the same time, it will also be helpful to unleash the waste out of the body.
Just after consuming food: The people desiring to attain faster weight loss often drink tea just after consuming food, whereas the digestion and the absorption of the nutrients by the body is adversely affected by this.
Late night: The brain becomes active after the consumption of caffeine and it creates a disturbance in getting good sleep. It is, therefore, advisable to avoid consuming Green Tea late at night or just before going to bed.

Never boil the Green Tea!
Green tea should never be added in boiling water. This can cause acidity. The water should be first boiled, and the Green Tea leaves or bag should be added into it only after removing the boiling kettle from the flame. It should then be covered. After two minutes, it can be consumed after filtering.
